Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a formal process aimed at validating the skills that professionals already possess.

This process involves evaluating skills without undergoing formal training.

RPL primarily involves assessing an individual's existing skill set, knowledge, and experience gained through formal, non-formal, or informal learning.

If a trainee believes they already have skills covered in our training programs, they can opt to register as an RPL candidate. This allows them to directly undergo assessments for the program without having to participate in the training itself. Successful completion of the assessment results in the awarding of an RPL certification, equivalent to completing the training.
