TPSDI has been successfully implementing a comprehensive Campus2Corporate program for Tata Power for over five years. Tata Power recruits a number of engineers and technical diploma graduates every year directly from their college campuses. TPSDI's Campus2Corporate program enables these new recruits to transition from their academic environment to the corporate in a manner that enables the new hires to be productive and ready for work from the day they join the workforce proper.
